          Alfa Connect Services

          Always stay connected whilst you drive, and when you’re away from your vehicle, thanks to the My Alfa Connect mobile app for smartphones and smartwatches.  Alfa Connect Services offer more safety, up-to-date information on the status of your Alfa Romeo, a smarter navigation experience, remote operations (door lock and unlock, lights on), always-on data connection, and alerts and support in case of theft.

          Alfa Connect Services are available on the new Giulia and Stelvio (some services are subject to customer activation, and some are available for an additional fee).

           

           

          STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR SAFETY, WITH MY ASSISTANT.

          SOS/HELP Call: in case of an emergency you can establish a manual call from inside the vehicle, via a dedicated SOS button, or the infotainment system, or through the My Alfa Connect mobile app.  You will be connected to an emergency call centre or national emergency services (24 hours a day).  The vehicle will automatically send your location details to the operator.  The Automatic SOS/HELP Call, is an automatically generated call that connects under certain crash conditions.

          Roadside Assistance: If you need roadside assistance, you can manually establish a voice call via the infotainment system or the My Alfa Connect mobile app, and speak directly with an operator.  The vehicle location and VIN will be automatically provided.  Under certain conditions like powertrain system faults, fuel system faults or braking system faults; the vehicle will automatically establish a voice call between the vehicle occupants and roadside assistance, providing them with vehicle location and VIN details.

           

           

          ALWAYS STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR Alfa Romeo, WITH MY REMOTE.

          Remote Operations: you can interact with your Alfa Romeo without even being close to it. Lock and unlock doors and activate the lights all through your smartphone or smartwatch.

          Vehicle Finder: finding your car in a crowded car park will no longer be a problem. Visualise your vehicle’s position on your smartphone, smartwatch or web portal. You can see the distance between you and your car, and even get directions to it.

          My Remote includes also At-Home Digital Assistant*, Drive Alerts* and Eco-Score*.

           

           

          MY CAR, ESSENTIAL INFORMATION, ALWAYS UPDATED.

          Vehicle Info: know the status of your car at a glance.  This package keeps you in the know with real-time vehicle information such as fuel level, tyre pressures, mileage and oil life.  By Logging into the My Alfa Connect mobile app or web portal, you can see the Vehicle Info updated at the time of last key-off.  Get a complete check-up of your car in real time for maximum driving safety.

          My Car includes also Vehicle Health Alert* and In-Vehicle Notifications*.

           

           

          MY NAVIGATION, EVERYWHERE IS AROUND THE CORNER.

          Send & GO*:  is an advanced navigation experience that allows you to search for a destination on your smartphone and send it to the vehicle's navigation system via the My Alfa Connect mobile app.  Reaching your desired destination has never been easier, without interruptions from your car to your smartphone.

          My Navigation also includes POI Search*, Live Weather/Live Traffic/Live Speedcams*, Last Mile Navigation* and Parking Finder /Fuel Finder for smart navigation.

           

           

          MY WI-FI, INTERNET WHEREVER YOU ARE.

          Wi-Fi Hotspot: the 4G LTE vehicle hotspot, provided by Ubigi, can connect up to 8 devices at the same time to surf on the internet whilst travelling, so that all your passengers are guaranteed to stay entertained.  The first registration must be done on-board the vehicle whilst connected to the vehicle’s hotspot.  Once completed, the user and all passengers will be able to connect and use their devices.

          The My Wi-fi service includes 1GB of FREE data (valid for 3 months)!

           

           

          MY THEFT ASSISTANCE, PREVENTION AND SUPPORT.

          Theft Alarm Notification: if the vehicle detects a suspected theft attempt, such as unauthorised towing of the vehicle or battery disconnection, you will receive a notification.

          Stolen Vehicle Assistance: this service provides you with assistance in the event of car theft.  You can call the contact centre directly to request help, by pressing the "Call" button in the My Alfa Connect mobile app and, once the theft is confirmed with a police report, security features including vehicle tracking will be activated.

          Alfa Connect Services work in conjunction with a telematics box installed in your vehicle, which can be combined with the latest Pay-As-You-Drive and Pay-How-You-Drive car insurance policies, with promotions dedicated to connected customers.  Contact your insurance company and ask about the availability of preferential rates for driving a connected car!


          The connected services Vehicle Health Report, At-Home Digital Assistant, Drive Alerts, Vehicle Health Alert, Vehicle Info will be activated from November 2020. In-Vehicle Notifications, Send & Go, POI Search, Live Traffic/Live Speedcams and Last Mile Navigation will be activated from April 2021.

          INCLUDED PACKAGES

          Most Alfa Connect Services packages are already included in the price of the car, for a period of time ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the package. My Assistant is already active, while for the My Car, My Remote and My Navigation packages you only need to complete the registration process.

          OPTIONAL PACKAGES

          Some Alfa Connect Services packages are available for a fee, with variable subscription periods, as in the case of My Wi-Fi and My Theft Assistance.

          Free trial periods on selected vehicles are available to help you discover the packages. Ask your retailer!
