The newborn Alfa Romeo Junior – the brand’s most compact car – wins the “auto motor und sport readers' competition” with 36.1% of the votes: more than 14,000 readers took part in the survey this year, and the Junior has been appreciated as the most beautiful in the “SUV/Compact Off-Road Vehicles” category out of a total of 124 different cars selection. Another Design Award: by winning the "autonis" competition, the new Alfa Romeo Junior has added a more trophy to its collection and continues the Italian brand's long history of winning the annual design competition run by the German magazine “auto motor und sport”.
