During emergencies, you're automatically contacted. If you or your passengers are unable to answer the call, the call centre can pinpoint your precise location and dispatch assistance.

Available at no additional cost for the first 36 months from the warranty start date, Connect PLUS is a comprehensive set of benefits and opportunities. After this period, you can subscribe to the package and take your Alfa Romeo experience to the next level.

Thanks to Connect PLUS, you can interact with your Alfa Romeo using your smartphone or your voice. You can check whether the doors are open or closed, lock and unlock them, turn the lights on and off, and quickly identify the location of your car in a parking lot. Vehicle Finder allows you to see where you parked your Alfa Romeo.

Connect PLUS revolutionises the way you communicate with your car by introducing an enhanced voice assistant powered by ChatGPT*. With this advanced feature, you will have the opportunity to engage in natural conversations and receive personalised advice and information for an unforgettable driving experience.

The Connect PLUS pack helps you monitor the health of your Alfa Romeo at any time and from anywhere. Thanks to the My Alfa Connect app, you can monitor the status of your vehicle health and receive notifications in case of intervention needed.
In particular, the Alfa Romeo Junior features the innovative connected alarm* service, which sends instant alerts via SMS, email, or app notifications to enhance your responsiveness.

*A physical alarm must be chosen when ordering the vehicle, as this feature is not available as an add-on.

If you own a Tonale, you are free to decide when to have your car checked, simply by accessing your dealer's agenda through your smartphone and selecting the time slots that best suit your needs. Furthermore, the Alfa Romeo Tonale gives you the chance to analyse your driving and consumption habits and reduce your impact on the environment.

Start your trip even before you get behind the wheel. With the My Alfa Connect app, you can share your destination with the infotainment system of your Alfa Romeo to plan your journey.

Additionally, the onboard connected navigation provides real-time information on traffic, weather, road conditions, charging stations, and more. You'll always know where you can go with your battery level, thanks to the dynamic range mapping.

The Connect PLUS pack includes NFT technology, which certifies that your Alfa Romeo is in good health due to proper maintenance, enhancing its resale value. This Non-Fungible Token digital certificate registers vehicle data and creates an unfalsifiable record of the car’s history, providing certified proof of its condition for owners and dealers.

Connect PREMIUM* is the optional service designed for your peace of mind. It can be renewed monthly and accessed if the Connect PLUS pack is activated.

In case of suspected theft or unauthorized towing of your vehicle, you are notified in real time through the My Alfa Connect application and connected to a dedicated assistance centre. Upon contacting the police, the system instantly activates a GPS tracker to transmit the location of your Alfa Romeo.

Talk to Amazon Alexa* and ask the information you need: check the weather for the evening, search for your next restaurant, plan your appointments in your digital diaries, and simplify your life by asking it to open the connected door of your garage. This service is optional and available on the radio with navigation.

My Alert is an optional service that can be purchased on the My Alfa Connect web portal, specifically designed to provide you with absolute peace of mind. In the event of suspected theft or unauthorized towing of your vehicle, My Alert promptly notifies you through the My Alfa Connect app, enabling communication with a dedicated assistance center.

Upon contacting the police, the system activates a real-time GPS tracker and transmits the location of your Alfa Romeo.

Powered by UBIGI, the optional My Wi-Fi* service offers you the opportunity to enhance your experience and that of your passengers on board your Alfa Romeo. Share your vehicle's Wi-Fi connection with up to 8 devices (tablet, smartphone, etc.) and enjoy entertainment during your long car journeys (listen to music, watch videos, etc.). Additionally, take advantage of the ability to connect with your Amazon Alexa** voice assistant available in your vehicle. Ask Alexa to play your favourite songs, read the latest news, provide weather forecast, find a location, and even manage your connected devices waiting for you at home.

Designed to remotely control the charging of your car, e-Remote Control is one of the services in the Connect PLUS pack. It gives you the freedom to start charging at your convenience and arrange a personalised charging schedule tailored to your needs, choosing the day of the week and deciding when the operation should be repeated.

This service offered with the Connect PLUS pack streamlines the search for public charging stations, providing access to specific details such as availability, cables, prices, power levels, addresses, and distance.

Powered by TomTom, EV Routing is the in-car navigation system that helps you plan long-distance journeys by showing where to stop, for how long, and when you will reach your destination based on traffic and charging time - even notifying you of potential recalculations due to unexpected events.

To optimise your journeys in your electric car, Free2move Charge has developed eROUTES - the new standalone navigation smartphone app compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay. By taking into account static and dynamic data from vehicles and charging stations, it enables you to plan your trips including the best places to stop for charging and considering possible constraints on the road (traffic, elevation changes, and much more).
