Lock, unlock and locate your car – all from the My Alfa Connect mobile app. If you drive an electric Alfa Romeo, you can start charging, monitor its progress, schedule charging times and check your vehicle’s battery range and connection status. You’ll even receive alerts when charging is complete or interrupted.

The My Alfa Connect mobile app offers a comprehensive suite of services, including customer support, on-board documentation, and Brand information. It also allows you to plan trips in advance, manage after-sales appointments, check your vehicle’s range, and even locate your car.

With everything in one place, including your charging history, you don’t have to download numerous apps for each charging provider. Elevate your driving experience with e-ROUTES by Free2move Charge. Connected to My Alfa Connect and compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay, this app lets you monitor traffic in real time, get alerts about hazards, and plan exactly when, where, and for how long to recharge your battery.

How to activate?

Check your vehicle settings
Open the infotainment settings and make sure the vehicle shares its data and position.

Download the app
Download My Alfa Connect from the App Store or Google Play.

Create your account
Use the link received by email or text message from your dealer and create your account in the app.

Activate your services
Set your privacy preferences, accept the Terms of Service and create your 4-digit security code. Your Connect ONE and Connect PLUS services are now active.

For connectivity enabled vehicles ordered after 1st July 2023 Alfa Romeo offers a range of connected service packages, with the Connect ONE, Connect PLUS and Connect PREMIUM packs, plus other stand-alone services. Customers who operate a connected vehicle built before 1st July 2023 should check the availability of connected services and the subscription terms for their connected vehicle in Alfa Romeo's Customer Web Portal.
